I was able to secure an appointment the next day for my semi-urgent dog health. The staff was wonderful and the handling of my difficult dog was superb. Dr. Arndt has a great bedside manner, as he was warm, showed great empathy, explained things very clearly and took plenty of time with me. I recommend Sage Centers very highly.

Let’s start from the beginning! My dog had IMPA ( immune mediated polyarthritis) and no one could determine. We took our dog to MedVet and Banfield but they couldn’t recognize the issue and told us “the issue is the knee CCL” but he was getting skinnier day by day and couldn’t even stand anymore even though he was at rest all the time! Finally I searched for best pet clinic/hospital and all sources recommended SAGE Campbell. As soon as we arrived, the emergency doctor suspect IMPA and started treatment. Then we had biweekly appointment with doctor Ryan Garcia (who is best at his job and super professional) and he treated our dog like his own. He helped with our dog treatment and day by day the dog felt better. Dr. Garcia is the best veterinarian I met and everyone heard his name. We glad that we find him and he helped us with this issue. Can’t thank him enough for his help and service. Our dog “VOVO” is playful again and love walking outdoor. Sage is pricier than other pet hospital but don’t get me wrong, it is worth the shot as this facility has the most professional veterinarian doctors in the area who can determine the issue quickly and start treatment.

Vet care is expensive. I see reviews complaining about the pricing and I get it. I highly, highly recommend any pet owners get pet insurance! Our dog was seen for some pretty bad trouble getting around. He ended up with a ruptured disk and needed emergency surgery. The whole process, while unfortunate, was great. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. They were able to get him surgery the day after the diagnosis. Dr Vitale, the neurologist was so helpful. Her tech was so helpful. The other tech (Jennifer maybe?) was also super helpful and communicative with some delays that were going on for his MRI. I highly recommend Sage’s emergency team and neurology services. Our dog is on the mend thanks to their great care.

We were very pleased with Dr. Kwok, she explained things well & we felt her diagnosis was a good assessment. We liked that she gave us options for treatment & we chose to start Conservatively & asses along the way. We were extremely pleased to receive her detailed follow up report with suggested exercises!!! Her guidelines were most helpful! As suggested we will schedule a follow up appointment for creatine kinase blood recheck. A very pleasant experience with the staff members we had contact with. Thank you Sage😊

I visited SAGE in Campbell to diagnose my cat's liver problem. The (non-invasive) ultrasound was something my two local vets could not do. The doctor gave an informative discussion about the results, which narrowed it down to a few drugs, and surgical option, that I could try. It is worth while to see what modern medicine can contribute.

Sage is a remarkable experience! It is made so by its employees who clearly Love animals and through their actions provide a calm over the angst we are feeling for our injured or ailing Pets. Each of Sage’s people seem to Love our Pets as we do. In our case of an injured puppy, We knew immediately she would receive the best care possible simply by the watching the loving arms that escorted her to treatment.

My experience with SAGE has been outstanding. My dog underwent a major surgery recently and they treated her with such wonderful care. We went from getting bad news on scans on a Tuesday, to having surgery the following week. All of the team members I’ve met so far have been kind and compassionate professionals, and very accommodating to us traveling from 6 hours away. I chose SAGE over UC Davis due to prompt response and scheduling, I made the right choice!

My 13.5-year-old dog, Tiki, was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and ascites. We scheduled a cardiology and internal medicine consultation at SAGE. On November 4th, Tiki was examined by cardiologist Dr. Jason Arndt, who took the time to explain in detail exactly what was going on with Tiki’s heart. He determined that Tiki’s symptoms were all caused by his cardiac issue and that an internal medicine visit was unnecessary — and he was absolutely right. Dr. Arndt prescribed a treatment plan for Tiki, and nurse Jennifer carefully explained how to administer each medication. What impressed me so much was that out of the four medications, we only needed to pay for one — the other three were provided at no cost. They truly think from the patient’s best interest. Before getting sick, Tiki loved jumping onto the bed. But one day he failed to jump up and fell, and after that he stopped trying. I thought maybe he would never be able to jump again in his life… But after this visit and starting the medication, just a few days later, he jumped up onto the bed again! His abdomen, which used to look distended and feel firm, is now noticeably softer and less swollen. His energy is clearly better too. Dr. Arndt is not only highly professional, but also exceptionally honest and caring. He proactively suggested canceling the internal medicine appointment to save us unnecessary expenses — and his judgment has proven completely correct. Tiki’s improvement in such a short time has given us so much relief and hope. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Arndt and nurse Jennifer, as well as everyone at SAGE who has helped Tiki. Their medical skills and integrity are truly trustworthy. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of him!

Our doggo, Chewy, has been treated at Sage Campbell for a potential heart issue - chronic cough about a year and a half ago as well as a TPLO knee surgery in September and a second TPLO about a week ago. We found Sage via referral by our vet. We are so grateful. General vets are great- and- they often don’t know what they are dealing with for serious injuries and illnesses. Sage has a variety of in house specialists that can assess and quickly find the exact issue and the right course of treatment. Case in point- our 100# plus dog was lame in his rear end- wouldn’t walk. Vet thought spine after doing X-rays and referred to Sage- thank goodness- who after thorough neurology exam, determined not spinal or neurological- and referred to in house orthopedic. Turns out severed acls on both knees - and upon surgery- torn miniscus. Saved us a lot of money, multiple visits. Now Chewy is on the road to full healing. With this second knee he is so much perkier than with the first surgery- likely due to his other knee is no longer in pain. We are so happy with only a week out. Also the staff is professional, caring, explain everything. And- they love our dog, treat him with care and treat us with kindness and respect. We are able to call back in and ask questions or email for assistance. Thank you Dr. Sheue, Shianne and the surgery staff! I am sorry that I likely misspelled your names.

For an emergency vet they are absolutely wonderful. Very caring and they keep you up to date on your pets progress. Unfortunately or pet didn’t make it after surgery. The staff is caring and understanding of your grief and works with you to say goodbye to your pet. The only change I would ask is that they would offer a ceramic paw print and a nose print for your deceased pet. Digital paw prints are just not enough. 💔 I really can’t say enough about the staff, from the front receptionist all the way to the surgeon to the vet techs, everyone is fantastic.
